Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day QA operations, overseeing onshore and offshore QA activities

Directly manage one onshore QA engineers and assign/coordinate tasks for offshore QA testers

Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned to requirements and business goals

Execute and support manual and automated tests for functional, regression, and integration testing

Serve as escalation point for offshore QA issues and ensure proper alignment of resources to sprint and release goals

Champion the advancement of QA maturity across the organization — including standardization, process improvements, and tooling enhancements

Monitor and report on QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and release readiness

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and PMs to clarify requirements, ensure testability, and validate outcomes

Support knowledge sharing, documentation, and onboarding across global QA teams
