Provide production system backfill support
Contribute to short-term and minor system enhancement projects
Collaborate with business users, developers, QA, and operations teams
Develop, modify, and maintain COBOL and ADS programs
Work with IDMS Network and IDMS Relational databases
Follow technical and design specifications
Perform debugging, unit testing, and integration testing
Support QA, UAT, and external testing efforts
Document changes and communicate effectively with stakeholders
