Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for a variety of credit and financial product transactions, including the following
Term loans and revolving credit facilities
Asset-based lending
Structured credit products
Derivatives and hedging arrangements
Intercreditor and subordination agreements
Manage deal processes, including coordinating with clients, lenders, counterparties, and internal teams
Conduct legal research and prepare analyses on regulatory, transactional, and market developments affecting credit and financial products
Assist with due diligence, transaction structuring, and closing mechanics
Provide practical, business-oriented advice to clients in real time
Mentor junior associates and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team

Required
