Providing education to employers and employees regarding Colonial Life products and services

Proactive engagement with businesses
Qualification
Required
Sales and Negotiation skills, including experience in meeting sales goals and managing customer relationships
Communication and Presentation skills to effectively educate employers and employees about insurance benefits
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and foster customer satisfaction
Organizational skills with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently
State-specific insurance licensure or willingness to obtain one is required
Preferred
Prior experience in insurance, sales, or a similar field is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
