Responsibilities
Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle EBS modules related to manufacturing, including but not limited to Oracle Quality and Oracle Supply Chain track
Strong experience in Supply Chain, and the manufacturing component of in-process quality (NCR/CAR)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, assess feasibility, and recommend optimal solutions aligned with business objectives
Configure and customize Oracle EBS applications to meet business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address gaps through process redesign or system enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless integration of Oracle EBS manufacturing solutions with existing systems and processes
Provide leadership and guidance to junior analysts and developers, mentoring them in Oracle EBS best practices and implementation methodologies
Lead testing efforts, including system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, ensuring the quality and reliability of implemented solutions
Develop comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and user manuals
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Oracle EBS updates to continuously enhance knowledge and skills
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users post-implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst specializing in Oracle EBS manufacturing modules, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations
Oracle Supply Chain and the manufacturing component of in-process quality (NCR/CAR)
Proficiency in Oracle EBS configuration, customization, and integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Proven leadership abilities with experience leading implementation projects and guiding cross-functional teams
Ability to travel as needed for project requirements
Preferred
Master's degree
SQL query proficiency
Oracle certifications
Experience with Agile or other implementation methodologies
Experience with Oracle Agile PLM
