Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of retirement plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Provide consultative support to clients, resolving escalations and complex issues

Monitor incoming workflow requests for accuracy and completeness

Track workflow tasks and deliverable dates to meet client service standards

Collaborate with clients to clarify incomplete or ambiguous requests

Identify non-standard processing and outline steps for exception handling

Perform quality control reviews for assigned plans

Serve as backup during staffing shortages, PTO, or short-term leaves

Document client-specific processes and procedures

Drive process optimization and reengineering efforts

Support knowledge management initiatives

Perform additional tasks as needed or requested
