Responsibilities
Manage a high volume recruitment desk across the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit with company culture and job requirements
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely candidate information
Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and offering feedback throughout the hiring process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes
Qualification
Required
Previous experience recruiting within the professional services or financial services sector is essential
A minimum of 5 years recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
Experience working across a high volume requisition load
Comfortable working in a fluid and changing environment
Prior experience working closely with a range of client groups
