Responsibilities

Increase delivery capacity
Influence long-term technical decisions
Help define how engineering operates as the team scales
Building full-stack features end to end, from idea through to production
Working closely with users to understand workflows and translate them into software
Making pragmatic decisions around architecture, tooling, and trade-offs
Shipping frequently and iterating based on real usage and feedback
Partnering closely with product and design to keep solutions simple and effective
Using AI tooling thoughtfully to improve development speed and product capability

Required

5+ years experience building product-focused, full-stack software

Has experimented with AI tools as part of their development workflow
