Responsibilities
Work together with Outside Sales associates to ensure our customer’s needs are met
Updating customer orders, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and answer sales calls for general inquires
Take customer sales orders and provide timely quotations and accurate order processing
Order items as necessary to fulfill customer orders
Make some outbound calls to customers who are eligible for new promotions and follow up on potential sales
Assisting with inventory management and stocking of the shelves
Gaining knowledge of the products that we sell to our customers
Actively participates in training either in house or events offered by our vendors
Provide feedback on information pertinent to our business
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED required
Excellent customer service, effective listening, communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills
Technical expertise and knowledge of company products
Problem-solving and analytical ability
Accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable in fast-paced environment and able to multitask
Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
Team player who works productively with wide range of people
Able to also work independently with some direction
Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and growing sales
