Responsibilities

Target and engage high-value commercial prospects to uncover business printing needs, utilizing phone, email, and in-person strategies to secure qualified opportunities

Collaborate with project managers to build accurate estimates in our MIS, securing new business and managing the production lifecycle for your book of business

Utilize HubSpot daily to organize your workflow, track outreach, update account statuses, and keep your pipeline up-to-date

Represent Artisan with unquestionable integrity at industry events and conferences to network and uncover new market trends

Prioritize a friendly, respectful rapport with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and results that exceed expectations

Required

Print and fulfillment expertise, including experience and knowledge of digital printing, marketing fulfillment, and consultative client solutions

Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with prospects, customers, team members, and/or vendors
