Responsibilities
Coordinate closely with Construction Teams to track progress and ensure space-readiness dates are met for data hall turnover
Organize, lead, and supervise technician teams during the deployment of hardware, structured cabling, and related infrastructure into data halls
Create detailed structured cabling plans for inter-data hall connections, ensuring optimal routing and compliance with design standards
Facilitate and manage logistics for incoming and outgoing freight, including scheduling deliveries, receiving shipments, and coordinating with vendors
Provide daily reporting on all activities within the data halls, including progress updates, issues encountered, and milestones achieved
Organize and maintain staging spaces for efficient workflow and material handling
Utilize Panduit label printers to generate and apply accurate cable, rack, and device labels
Read, interpret, and execute based on single-line diagrams, equipment cutsheets, and network audit documentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of data halls and staging areas in accordance with data center standards and safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on expertise in installing and terminating fiber optic, Cat 6, and AEC/DAC cabling
Proficiency with labeling tools such as Panduit printers and cable management best practices
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including single-line diagrams and equipment cutsheets
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with experience leading small teams of technicians
Strong communication skills for coordinating with construction teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and organized work environments
Familiarity with logistics coordination, freight management, and RMA processes
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting equipment, ladder work, and extended periods of standing/walking
Availability for flexible scheduling, including potential overtime or shift work to meet project deadlines
