Responsibilities
Manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution
Handle all phases of litigation, including investigations, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial preparation
Partner with senior attorneys on strategy while owning day-to-day case execution
Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, timely updates
Develop practical, results-oriented litigation strategies
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active admission to practice in Nevada
3–8 years of defense litigation experience
Trial experience
Experience with personal injury, general liability, transportation, and/or catastrophic injury matters
Strong legal writing, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complex matters independently in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
Regular involvement in depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Client-facing experience with strategic reporting responsibilities
Familiarity with legal project management or workflow optimization
