Senior Account Executive, Season Sales

The Chicago Bulls are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as a full-time Senior Account Executive, Season Sales. This role focuses on generating new business through the sale of full season tickets, partial plans, group packages, and premium/hospitality products, while developing long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and personalized service.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales goals for season tickets, partial plans, group outings, and Premium experiences
Consistently meet or surpass daily and weekly KPIs, including phone outreach and virtual/in-person appointments
Effectively manage a sales pipeline by prospecting, networking, gathering referrals, and executing targeted campaigns
Maintain accurate and thorough CRM records for all current and prospective clients
Participate in ongoing internal and external sales training sessions to enhance performance and skills
Attend and contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and best practices
Engage and entertain prospects during home games and events to showcase available inventory and elevate the client experience
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture by building strong relationships across all departments

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3+ years of professional sales experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ticketing systems
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to achieving goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
This role will require a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required
Hybrid work schedule available; candidates must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Chicagoland area

Preferred

sports industry experience strongly preferred
familiarity with Archtics is a plus
