The successful candidate will aid in optimizing financial performance, conduct financial analysis, and maintain accurate record-keeping while supporting the department's program development and data management needs.

Responsibilities
Generate invoices, financial reports, track data, revenue, and provide feedback and recommendations to improve performance and success
Organize and categorize existing workforce data into reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Interpret financial data for the workforce department, predict future trends, assess risks, and advise on investment strategies for the department
Determine areas for improvement to enhance resource allocation, leading to cost savings and increased departmental and collegiate prosperity
Support the department in a better understanding of workforce needs, patterns, and trends, so we can make decisions toward risk mitigation, and improve the financial health of the department, as well as how we make informed decisions on strategizing for future demands
Advise the department on financial acumen, forecasting, resource allocation, and productivity
Gather and organize data to create effective financial models for departmental sustainability
Assist the workforce department in planning, developing, evaluating, and implementing workforce programs and monitoring their effectiveness
Maintain the accuracy of data and files and modify inaccurate information as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Highly detail-oriented and strong attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Candidates with a finance background are preferred, but willing to train the right person
Previous experience with financial analysis or management, data entry, or a related field is a plus

On-Campus 40 hour week position. If not residing with a reasonable commuting distance, relocation is expected
