Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and CMDB

Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices

Define integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (ERP, IAM, monitoring tools, cloud platforms, etc.)

Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of ServiceNow implementations
