Learn and effectively utilize company systems to deliver a high-quality client experience
Follow up with warm leads and prior client inquiries
Conduct virtual meetings with clients via phone or Zoom
Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent client support
Meet performance benchmarks to unlock growth and advancement opportunities
Participate in weekly virtual training and professional development sessions
Build and maintain client relationships using both company-provided and self-generated leads
Help clients understand how different coverage options support long-term protection and planning
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
Strong verbal and virtual communication skills
Comfort with technology and digital tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Professional, reliable, and service-oriented
Coachable mindset with a desire to grow and improve
Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends
Reliable smartphone, computer, and internet access
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to complete contracting requirements
Active Life and Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one with company support
