Office Manager
Compri Consulting is seeking an Office Manager to assist a client with an immediate need. This role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating office supplies, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities
Cover front desk and greet guests
Answer and route calls and messages
Handle FedEx, UPS, mail, and deliveries
Book, set up and reset conference rooms
Stock fridges and kitchen supplies
Set up for special corporate events
Keep common areas clean and organized
Assist with errands, lifting, supply runs; must be able to lift 30+lbs
Coordinate with vendors when needed (janitorial, water, copier, etc.)
Provide general admin support and backup coverage
Qualification
Required
Proven solid experience with MS Office
Good practical experience with office equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good patience and professionalism
Organized and reliable with prioritizing and multi-tasking abilities
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times
Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and desire to work in fast-paced environment
