Responsibilities
Manage commercial construction and concrete projects from bid award through closeout
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
Monitor jobsite progress to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
Communicate with owners, engineers, and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial construction or concrete project management
Strong project coordination, scheduling, and cost control skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Solid understanding of construction means and methods
Professional, client-facing communication skills
