This role is responsible for managing residential loan closings from application through funding, ensuring lender guidelines and firm procedures are met.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage bank and lender-side real estate loan closings from file opening through funding and post-closing

Serve as primary point of contact for banks, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and borrowers’ counsel

Review loan documents, title reports, surveys, insurance, and payoffs for compliance with lender

Prepare and review Closing Disclosures, settlement statements, loan documents and funding packages

Schedule closings and ensure all conditions to close are satisfied

Track loan approvals, conditions, and clearance items

Resolve title, documentation, and funding issues prior to closing
