Responsibilities

Ticket Management: Create, receive, monitor, maintain, and resolve work tickets through the service desk system
Device Setup & Support: Image, configure, and support computers, monitors, and mobile devices
On-Site Presence: Maintain a consistent presence at assigned service locations to assist end users
Software Compliance: Install and support software, ensuring adherence to Schneider Electric standards
System Health Checks: Perform proactive and on-demand checks on IT systems, including printers, copiers, scanners, and video conferencing equipment
User Training: Provide training on office automation equipment and assist with new hire IT orientation, including security and usage policies
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software platform issues
Password Management: Ensure secure handling of all provided passwords
Network Access: Support connectivity to corporate networks, wireless systems, and VPN applications
Inventory Management: Organize and maintain IT inventory, including moving, sorting, and stocking equipment
Project Support: Enter approved projects into the tracker and assist with regional initiatives as local hands-on support
Collaboration: Coordinate tasks with Service Desk representatives and other IT support teams
Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by your manager

Strong foundation in IT fundamentals and troubleshooting
