They are seeking a Human Resources Manager who will oversee day-to-day HR functions, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive organizational culture.

Overseeing the day-to-day HR functions
Including employee relations, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and compliance
Developing and implementing HR policies
Managing payroll and benefits
Resolving workplace issues
Fostering a positive organizational culture
Ensuring that the company complies with all applicable labor laws and employment regulations
Supporting employee engagement and professional growth
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws
Strong skills in conflict resolution, employee relations, and performance management
Understanding of payroll systems, benefits administration, and HR operations
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software systems; prior experience with HRIS or similar platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred
HR certification(s) preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
Previous experience in the legal or professional services industry is advantageous
