Manager Ecommerce B2B
Altice USA is a leader in connectivity solutions, seeking a dynamic eCommerce Manager for B2B sales to join their Digital Sales team. This role is responsible for driving strategic efforts to enhance customer journeys and optimize conversion rates for their internet products, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies and testing opportunities to optimize conversion rates, increase internet gross adds, and hit key business initiatives/goals across all customer segments
Analyze customer journeys and identify areas for improvement, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience from the upper funnel through to purchase
Lead the merchandising and content strategy of the website for B2B sales, ensuring alignment and consistency across all touchpoints and business categories
Collaborate with marketing to integrate promotional activities and campaigns
Submit and manage tickets for website updates, design, and other optimization initiatives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and IT to ensure timely and accurate implementation of optimization projects
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of conversion optimization efforts
Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging and promotional strategies
Engage with product managers and Studio team to address technical challenges and implement new features that enhance the customer experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in conversion optimization, digital marketing, or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Experience with website merchandising and e-commerce
Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront and JIRA
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and web analytics tools
Preferred
Experience in the telecommunications industry
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and experience optimization
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
