Develop event marketing strategies that align with overall brand goals and target audience objectives
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to secure contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure seamless event execution
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design, communications) to produce event materials, campaigns, and content
Create and manage event promotions, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and advertising to maximize attendance and engagement
Oversee event registration processes, attendee communication, and on-site or virtual experience management
