Responsibilities
Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations
Lead technical work within Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) , including data model optimization and fundraising processes
Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems (payments, marketing, data platforms, etc.)
Support data integrity, performance, and security best practices
Partner with non-technical stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical solutions
Contribute to architecture decisions and long-term Salesforce strategy
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
Proven experience working with NPSP in a non-profit environment
Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce architecture
Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration
A thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to quality and scalability
Someone who genuinely believes in the mission and values of the non-profit sector
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Nonprofit Cloud/NPSP, etc.)
Experience in fundraising, donor management, or program delivery systems
Prior work with large or complex Salesforce orgs
