Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for personal lines clients (auto, home, renters, umbrella, etc.)
Manage renewals, remarkets, endorsements, and policy binding
Respond to client service requests via phone and email
Market accounts and work directly with carrier underwriters
Support producers with new business quoting and account rounding
Assist with claims support and billing inquiries
Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualification
Required
Active P&C license
3+ years of Personal Lines experience at an independent brokerage
Strong renewal and remarketing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and client-first mindset
Preferred
Applied Epic experience is a plus
