Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and client requirements

Develop detailed project schedules to optimize timelines and resource allocation

Manage contracts, review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

Restoration management software for document control, progress tracking, and communication with stakeholders

Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control protocols

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution

Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings; adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines

Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues; communicate effectively with clients and executive leadership

Ensure all work complies with contractual obligations, schematics, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of safety and quality

Required
