Responsibilities
Lead technical accounting evaluations for new and emerging business initiatives
Develop accurate technical memos and documentation
Monitor and implement new accounting standards, ensuring consistent application across the business
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
Drive continuous improvement and automation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting AND active CPA (or equivalent)
5+ YOE in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and/or technical accounting roles
Experience in fintech, clearing firms, broker dealers, crypto, or high-growth environments
Experience leading projects and initiatives and working cross-functionally
Knowledge of GAAP, cross-functional collaboration, analytical skills, and ability to interpret and apply evolving regulations
Preferred
Experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred)
