They are seeking an elite leader to independently manage and lead a branch while developing and executing a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Responsibilities

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support
Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider
Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.)
Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed
Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners
Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction
Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements
Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale

Preferred

A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
Success with meeting sales and business development goals
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
