Start in 2026 SpringDriftwood Hospitality Management is seeking bright, confident, and outgoing college students for a Front Desk Internship at Margaritaville Lake Resort. The internship will provide an opportunity to learn about the hospitality industry while delivering excellent customer service to guests.

Responsibilities
Create and deliver FUN AND ESCAPISM for our guests
Assist guests with directions, luggage and information
Take and direct calls as a PBX Operator
Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome
Learn about forecasting and scheduling and even the Night Auditor position
Qualification
Required
You must be a current college student to qualify
You must be able to work a flexible schedule of full time hours throughout the summer period
You must be upbeat, clear thinking, a confident communicator with excellent English language skills
You must be at least 18 years of age
You must possess an outgoing and positive attitude as well as a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
You must be able to stand for long periods of time
You must be an excellent communicator in English
You must present a confident and friendly personality
You must be able to remain calm under pressure
Fluency in English to communicate with our guests
Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time - standing, walking, reaching, bending
Ability to push/ pull/ carry up to 30lbs
Ability to use a computer and cash register (with training)
Confidence in handling cash and card payments
Confidence in communicating with guests, vendors, managers and coworkers
Must be at least 18 years of age for Front Desk
Preferred
Preference for students in a Hospitality-related field of study
