Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and identify opportunities where data analysis can provide solutions
Conduct in-depth analysis of casualty data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making
Develop hypotheses and test them through rigorous data analysis to generate actionable business recommendations
Identify key performance indicators and metrics that effectively measure business performance and progress
Design and develop intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to senior business leaders
Transform complex data into clear, compelling visual stories that drive understanding and action
Optimize existing dashboards and reports to improve performance and user experience
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels in a clear, concise, and impactful manner
Collaborate with data teams to ensure data models support effective business intelligence capabilities
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive intelligence to provide context for data interpretation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role
Strong SQL and Python skills for data querying and analysis
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)
Experience developing dashboards and reports for executive audiences
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; continuously asking 'so what?'
Ability to communicate complex, technical problems to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholder relationships
