Facilities Administrative Coordinator

Maintain accurate records related to facility operations, work orders, and service documentation
Track and manage Service Request System (SRS) entries and updates, including integration with Maximo
Coordinate communication with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Support scheduling, follow-ups, and status reporting for maintenance and facility service requests
Assist facilities leadership with administrative coordination and reporting as required
Ensure timely processing and closure of service requests to support operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills
Punctual, reliable, and efficient in task execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
