Responsibilities
Act as SAP FICO SME for Finance, Controlling, and Project Systems across multiple initiatives
Gather and translate business requirements into SAP configurations and functional designs
Configure and deploy SAP FICO solutions aligned with global SAP templates
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and SAP CoE to deliver end-to-end solutions
Support RICEFW developments, integrations, BAPIs, and user exits
Lead workshops, design sessions, and user story development
Drive continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years SAP FICO full lifecycle implementation and support experience
Strong SAP configuration experience in Finance & Controlling
Experience with customized processes and SAP template solutions
Exposure to RICEFW, integrations, and related SAP developments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
Ability to travel and provide after-hours support as needed
Preferred
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
Knowledge of cross-functional SAP modules (PP, MM, Procurement)
Experience with compliance standards (DFARS, ITAR, data protection)
