Lead Due Diligence: Analyze titles, surveys, and resolve issues before they become problems

Coordinate Closings: Keep communication flowing between clients, lenders, and title companies

Own the Process: Prepare settlement statements, organize closing binders, and ensure compliance every step of the way

Stay Organized: Manage case files, legal databases, and assist with admin tasks when needed
