Responsibilities
ARIS Database configuration and template set up
ARIS Modeler customization (BPMN standardization for process workflow maps)
Template creation and build of Value Chain framework for levels 1, 2 and 3 within ARIS instance
ARIS Initial reporting set up and customization
Custom development via javascript and/or ARIS API for bulk processing of process models
Document and Define Change Governance process
Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Provide training and support to end-users
Customization of BPMN Semantic checks
Qualification
Required
3+ years of previous experience in administration and configuration of Software AG ARIS process mapping tool
Strong understanding of business process modeling using BPMN
Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work
Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with ARIS Modeler, ARIS Enterprise Administration, ARIS Database Administration, ARIS API required
Experienced with IBM Blueworks Live, Lean IX and JavaScript required
