Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for clients who have already been funded through Clarify Capital
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention
Conduct regular outreach (calls, emails, and postcards) to ensure client satisfaction and identify renewal opportunities
Manage a portfolio of active accounts to ensure consistent engagement and maximize lifetime value
Proactively address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless renewal process
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Underwriting, and Operations to maintain a superior client experience
Track and manage renewals and follow-ups using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Contribute to retention campaigns and loyalty initiatives designed to strengthen customer relationships
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, renewals, or sales
Strong communication and relationship-management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Empathetic, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for helping clients succeed
