Sr Compensation Consultant

Responsibilities

Prepare job descriptions and perform job evaluations using market pricing and internal equity measurements ensuring FLSA compliance
Administer base pay programs including annual performance review/merit increase cycles, promotions and other adjustments
Manage projects such as survey participation, evaluation of external market competitive vs. the company or internal equity analysis
Research compensation related issues and provide recommendations, substantiations and possible alternatives
Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in the communications of compensation related programs
Utilize PeopleSoft HRIS system to generate queries or look up information that meets compensation needs
Assist others with compensation related issues

Required

5+ years of Compensation strategy and design experience
3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably financial services
Knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Project management and consulting experience
Must be well organized, detail oriented and confident to work independently as well as a strong team player
Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
Bachelor's degree required
