Responsibilities
Process bids and trade execution, which includes: monitoring incoming bid tapes and tape cracking process, confirming bids are correct and sent on time, processing trade confirmations, and working directly with clients to resolve any bidding or trading issues
Analyze bid and margin performance across multiple dimensions
Report bidding and trade execution performance
Accountable for maintaining client relationships working closely with internal sales team
Qualification
Required
3+ years of related experience in Residential Mortgage Lending, Capital Markets or similar field, or 1+ years of related experience with an advanced degree, such as MBA or Master's in Finance, Master or similar field
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including; sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Advanced Excel
Entry level to intermediate SQL
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
