Responsibilities

Leading project design calculations/reports/planning preparation/roadway modeling
Assisting office leadership in the preparation of proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations
Developing peer network with staff at other firms and public agencies to enhance personal and firm relationships during project coordination efforts
Coordinating project tasks and reporting to project manager and supervisory staff to assist in budget, schedule, and project status tracking
Supporting regional offices on a variety of infrastructure projects

Qualification

Civil Engineering degreeRegistered Professional EngineerTransportation design experienceACAD Civil 3DMicroStation Bentley Open Roads DesignerDrainage softwareMicrosoft OfficeClient relationship managementProject managementProblem-solving

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program
Registered Professional Engineer or Engineer in Training in Indiana
Background working on INDOT, county, and municipal transportation design projects
Technical knowledge/ computer skills: ACAD Civil 3D / MicroStation Bentley Open Roads Designer
Technical knowledge/ computer skills: Drainage software including StormCAD and CDSS
Technical knowledge/ computer skills: Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Technical knowledge/ computer skills: Adobe
Strong project management leadership capabilities, with a track record of delivering successful transportation projects
A service-oriented mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
The ability to solve complex problems through creativity, collaboration, and professional judgment
