Responsibilities

Define and prioritize product requirements for displaying medical record data and device data

Lead the development of features that improve data quality, explainability, and usability of health information

Collaborate closely with UX Design to create intuitive and accessible data visualizations

Partner with Clinical and Clinical Informatics to ensure data presented is clinically relevant, accurate, and compliant with healthcare standards and best practices

Conduct user research and analyze product analytics to inform product decisions and optimize the patient experience

Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration, aligning cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals

Required

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in health tech (patient-facing product) or consumer applications

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and explainability in data

Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable, and understandable interfaces for consumers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional teamwork (e.g. UX, Engineering, Clinical Informatics, Legal, Regulatory)

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with FHIR

Shipped consumer-facing mobile applications

Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and security standards (e.g. HIPAA)

Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration
