This role is responsible for building and executing demand generation strategies to drive awareness, demand, and conversion through various marketing programs while partnering cross-functionally to achieve pipeline contribution and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Build and scale full-funnel campaigns across paid, web, email, and experimental channels
Drive testing, reporting, and analysis through KPIs to optimize programs as well as inform new strategies to continually improve campaign performance
Develop personalization and tailored content plan to engage and convert target accounts
Partner with Product Marketing, Events, Creative, Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to translate their work into lead generating campaigns
Design and maintain audience list and prospecting strategy for account segmentation and targeting
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need

Required

5+ years of demand generation or similar experience in a B2B environment
Experience with building campaigns leveraging organic and paid channels (e.g. email, SEM, paid social, display/retargeting, events, and industry and association partners)
Experience using data to develop a POV on campaign performance (sharing 'what happened' & 'what next')
Deep experience with email marketing: designing tailored drip programs and managing customer and prospect lists
Ability to collaborate well with diverse partners, influence without direct authority, and build strong relationships across teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex programs, processes, recommendations, and data to audiences across functions, teams, and organizational levels
Strategic thinker, with strong program and project management skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Advanced experience working with HubSpot, SEM, SEO, paid social, and complimentary platforms
