Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and high-performance standards
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions
Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and systems to meet the demands of the organization
Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and business partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting plans
Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruiting efforts
Leverage advanced recruiting technologies and tools to optimize the talent acquisition process

Required

7-10 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company
Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance recruiting teams with a focus on data driven decision making
Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions
Strong project management and organizational skills
Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends

Preferred

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies, Greenhouse preferred
