Responsibilities
Performs daily inventory functions
Warehouse duties such as receiving, shipping and inventory level management
Receiving and verifying the correctness of incoming shipments
Enter all received parts into computer system and performs inventory allocations in a timely manner
Communicates with Material Manager to resolve problems, as necessary
Preparing outgoing orders for shipment (pulling parts from stock, preparing shipping documents, preparing packages to be shipped)
Organize and monitor inventory level
Maintain a clean, orderly and safe Stockroom area
Supports corporate policies and procedures
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required

Preferred
High School diploma or equivalent with minimum 2-years related experience
Warehouse/Stockroom experience requested (in aerospace preferred)
Computer skills (knowledge of Quantum Control software a plus)
Highly motivated and organized
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents
Ability to work in a team environment to meet objectives
Good communications skills
Demonstrates sound judgment when following through with priorities
High degree of accuracy pulling correct material, counting parts, typing labels
Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
