Flooring Account Manager
AP Equipment Financing is a financial services company known for its reliability and exceptional customer support. They are seeking a Flooring Account Manager to manage dealer relationships, oversee credit applications, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.

Responsibilities
Dealer Relationship Management: Proactively engage dealers through frequent outbound calls to review applications, follow up on outstanding items, resolve issues, and support ongoing account needs
Credit Processing: Receive, review, and process dealer credit applications in Solifi and submit applications through Salesforce
Documentation Support: Coordinate with the documentation team; collect financial statements and satisfy approval conditions, often through direct outreach to dealers
Dealer Onboarding: Set up new dealers in the payment portal and provide system training, primarily via phone and virtual communication
Order & Invoice Management: Review and approve dealer orders, verify manufacturer invoices, and ensure correct purchasing plans are applied
Payments & Collections: Conduct outbound calls related to dealer payments for sold or unpaid inventory and outstanding finance charges
Risk & Compliance: Partner with third-party auditors to monitor collateral and support ongoing risk mitigation and compliance efforts
Customer Support: Handle and resolve complex dealer inquiries and disputes, frequently via phone, while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Training & Representation: Complete required annual training and represent AP Equipment Financing at industry tradeshows as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of account management experience within dealer floor plan financing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured, process-driven environment while remaining adaptable
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
Preferred
Familiarity with Solifi
2 years of dealer floor plan financing experience
1 year of experience with Solifi
