Associate Product Marketing Manager
CampusPoint is a market leader in the Asian prepared foods category, and they are seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to support prepared foods and foodservice channels. The role involves executing shopper marketing initiatives, supporting sales teams, managing events and trade shows, and driving growth through data-driven marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute shopper marketing and promotional initiatives across digital and in-store channels
Partner with sales teams and retail media contacts on sponsored search, retail media ads, influencer programs, in-store sampling, and seasonal promotions
Support post-campaign analysis and performance reporting
Assist with copywriting for in-store POS materials aligned with brand standards
Develop and distribute newsletters for trade partners and internal retail teams
Update marketing and sales materials as needed
Maintain monthly performance reporting with strong attention to detail
Manage updates to product lists, pricing, and related sales materials
Communicate updates to cross-functional teams
Manage pre-show planning, including booth logistics, registration, shipping, travel coordination, and service orders
Track budgets and timelines for 2–4 trade shows annually
Coordinate production of training and instructional videos for deli and foodservice teams
Assist with foodservice website redesign and ongoing updates (products, assets, seasonal content)
Support senior leadership with presentations for new product launches, sell-in strategies, and competitive insights
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant marketing experience
Experience with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen) or foodservice data (Technomic, DataEssentials)
Experience developing marketing collateral (POS, banner ads, event signage, swag, etc.)
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Preferred
CPG or food & beverage industry experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred
