Responsibilities
Pick, pack, label, and process customer orders using RF technology
Scan barcodes and verify order accuracy
Build and re-build pallets for shipment
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse systems
Operate material handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
Transport pallets and materials as required
Maintain accurate documentation following Good Documentation Practices
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Follow all safety, quality, and security procedures
Complete required training and maintain certification status
Assist with cross-training and provide backup support when needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse or distribution experience
Experience operating material handling equipment
Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Preferred
Warehouse or distribution center experience
Experience using RF scanners or voice-directed picking systems
Experience operating cherry picker and reach truck equipment
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Material handling and warehouse operations
RF scanning and inventory systems
Forklift and powered industrial equipment operation
