Responsibilities

Implement operational best practices

Support onboarding of new centers

Serve as interim Administrator and/or Regional Operations leadership

Oversee other special projects in various geographies within the Houston, Oklahoma City & Dunes, SD market

Execute against a pipeline of operational priorities aligned with the Market President

Advance USPI’s operations and strategic priorities

Manage organic growth and physician engagement

Handle partnership management, OR optimization, and cost management initiatives

Demonstrate a commitment to quality, safety, compliance, and patient experience

Supply interim leadership and oversee the operations, finance, and partnership management of facilities with Regional Vice President vacancies

Manage overall guidance and development of assigned center(s) and execute initiatives to deliver upon performance goals

Support a seamless transition of leadership of the center(s) to a permanent leader

Support integration and onboarding of new facilities into USPI, implementation of special projects and other operational priorities

Required

Experience in healthcare operations management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience with onboarding new centers

Experience in managing operations, finance, and partnership management
