Responsibilities
Track, analyze, and interpret fleet performance metrics; identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; provide recommendations to improve utilization and profitability
Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and BI reports (Excel, SQL, Python, DOMO/Qlik/Tableau/Power BI). Increase reporting accuracy, speed, and visibility
Partner with Fleet Directors, Operations, and Planning to define reporting requirements, support volume planning, and provide scenario-based insights that guide fleet strategy
Review financial/non-financial data, analyze cost lines, evaluate outliers, and deliver insights that improve cost efficiency and overall fleet yield
Support risk sales optimization, perform post-mortem vehicle reviews, and help align strategy to maximize profitability on unit sales
Participate in data governance efforts and serve as a subject matter expert on analytical methods, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years in business analytics, business intelligence, operations analysis, or a related field
Advanced Excel + Google Suite, SQL, Python
BI tool experience (DOMO, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong data modeling and analytical skills
Ability to connect insights to business goals
Excellent communication, organization, and project management
Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and deliver consistent customer service
Preferred
Supporting a European-based parent company is a plus
