Largeton Group is seeking a Principal GenAI Scientist to lead the design and development of advanced Generative AI solutions. The role involves architecting and optimizing scalable AI systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing advanced AI technologies to address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of advanced Generative AI (GenAI) agents, agentic workflows, and enterprise GenAI applications to solve complex business problems

Architect, implement, and optimize scalable AI systems using LLMs (e.g., Claude, Azure OpenAI, open-source) including fine-tuning and evaluation

Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and related architectures utilizing vector databases and knowledge bases

Curate and process enterprise data for GenAI use cases, integrating with AWS Bedrock, Elastic, and other cloud-native platforms

Implement advanced prompt engineering, multi-modal AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) solutions

Build and maintain Jupyter-based notebooks (mandatory skill), leveraging platforms like SageMaker and MLFlow/Kubeflow on Kubernetes (EKS)

Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, UX designers, product managers, and data engineers to deliver end-to-end GenAI solutions

Integrate GenAI solutions via APIs and standardized enterprise patterns

Enforce model validation, evaluation frameworks, bias mitigation, safety protocols, and guardrails for production-grade AI deployment

Design robust data ingestion and enrichment pipelines (PDF, video, audio) using best practices for semantic chunking and privacy controls

Orchestrate scalable ETL/ELT workflows for multimodal data using frameworks like Apache Spark/PySpark

Develop and integrate media embeddings with vector stores to power RAG and related architectures
