Responsibilities
Utilize MasterCAM to develop NC cut paths for new and existing product
Program Vertical Machining Centers (VMC)
Program Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC)
Program Lathe Machining Centers (LMC)
Identify and build necessary cut tool assemblies (cut tool & holder)
Conduct first piece run off on new product
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment (CNC Programming, Setup, & Operation)
MasterCAM programming
Ability to read, analyze and interpret manufacturing documents such as prints, instruction manuals, process sheets, work instructions, and safety documents
