Responsibilities
Provide help desk support
Respond to the technical needs of the central office and satellite office staff
Troubleshooting PC issues
Installing PC hardware at all sites
Completing fee-for-service assignments
Assists with server infrastructure upgrades
Providing printer support
Remotely managing PCs
Ensuring staff PCs are updated regularly
Qualification
Required
Some work experience and/or education in a computer-related field
Preferred
A+ and Linux+ certifications are preferred
Prefer upbeat self-starter who can work independent of direct supervision
